  • Access content and features included in your subscription plan

  • Export your personal data in accordance with our data portability policies
  • Participate in community features while respecting other users
  • Provide feedback to help improve our services

Prohibited Activities

  • Share, sell, or distribute your account credentials
  • Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate other users, professionals, or MentalSynch staff
  • Share personal information of other users without consent
  • Use our services to provide unauthorized mental health treatment
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior

Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds for premium features are subject to our refund policy
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

  • MentalSynch is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Our AI tools provide guidance but are not medical diagnoses
  • Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
  • In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately (911, etc.)
  • We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or treatment results
  • Individual results may vary based on personal circumstances
  • Licensed professionals on our platform practice independently
  • We facilitate connections but do not provide direct medical care

Intellectual Property

  • MentalSynch owns all rights to our platform, content, and technology
  • You retain ownership of your personal content and health data
  • We grant you a limited license to use our services for personal use
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
  • User-generated content may be used to improve our services
  • Third-party content is owned by respective rights holders
  • Trademark and copyright infringement is strictly prohibited
  • We reserve the right to remove infringing content immediately

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
